Turtle is a polyester climate-controlled crate with an adjustable inner space. The inside of the crate is made of oxygen-free foam: plastozote Low Density. Different densities are used to absorb shocks and vibrations as much as possible.

With a so called "support block" system, paintings of different sizes can be transported within the Turtle. It's even possible to put more than one painting in a crate, depending on the size of the paintings. By consolidating the paintings into one crate the cost of the shipment is decreased significantly.
